the team of the Department of Development and Research of Inclusive Educational Processes, Faculty 13, is continuously looking for interested students for Bachelor and Master theses. Within the framework of final theses, the following focal points can currently be pursued.

  • Looking at the reading skills of different groups of students with and without disabilities or with different support needs using a reading screening

If you have a topic request that fits a team member's area of interest in the field, please feel free to send us an abstract (1 p.).
This should contain the following key points:

  • Theoretical foundation (with at least one reference)
  • Methodological approach (e.g., instruments/procedures)
  • A concrete research question
  • A time schedule

The formal criteria for examination papers (term papers, written papers, diploma theses, state examination theses, bachelor theses, master theses) in this subject are based on the guidelines for writing examination papers prepared by Prof. Tröster (Rehabilitation Psychology) (Tröster & Linderkamp 2008).

Introductory courses at the SBAZ   

The Statistical Consulting and Analysis Center (SBAZ) offers introductory courses in the statistical software SPSS® for Windows® at irregular intervals under the direction of Dipl.-Stat. Swetlana Herbrandt. If you decide to write a quantitative master thesis and have not yet gained much experience with SPSS® during your studies, we recommend that you register for this introductory course as early as possible.
